Anytime Fitness is the worlds largest 24hr Gym chain, with over 4000 sites worldwide!

Anytime Fitness in Bristol is part of the largest, and most successful group of Clubs in the UK Anytime Fitness network and we are currently recruiting for a hard working, self motivated and inspiring individual to join our highly successful member retention team, based in Yate.

This is a part time role (25hrs per week)

You will be responsible for assisting our members with their membership queries over the phone, helping them stay on track and get the most out of their gym memberships.

Through constant and varied communication with members and ex members you will continually implement and manage innovative and effective programmes to ensure Club usage remains constant and attrition rate remains low, helping our members get to a healthier place! The successful candidate should be extremely confident and outgoing, with a great work ethic and the ability to have fun. They should be extremely confident speaking on the phone with experience of dealing with complaints.

This role would suit anyone who has worked in a previous telephone based customer care role or call centre who has a passion for health and fitness! Shy retiring types need not apply!
