East Walk development
On the 14th October 2012 Yate Shopping Centre commenced the East Walk development consisting of 40,000 sq ft of retail space, pre-lets include M&S Simply Food, Sports Direct & Costa. The remaining unit is 8,000 sq ft and the shopping centre's letting agents are actively talking to potential mixed fashion retailers. The build of the new units was completed on the 19th March 2013 and the new stores are now open.
