The first video was our 2008 Yate Talent Show.We received sackfulls of audition tapes in the weeks leading up to the event and had to sort through and choose the best - and sometimes most outrageous acts to perform live in front of the public. We were not disappointed on the day! There was a great turn-out and some excellent acts, admittedly some not quite so excellent. Our panel of judges took the task to heart and the 2008 Yate Talent Show winner was clearly superb. Watch the video and see for yourselves... Video 2: Christmas 'Lights On' at Yate 2008This was a memorable one! Starting in the late afternoon, we had a host of entertainment going on around the centre with plenty to keep the children - not to mention some adults - interested. As darkness fell the crowds swelled further and the entertainment got louder and louder. Our special guest for the evening did a wonderful job (for several hours) and by the time the parade passed with santa and his reindeer, everyone was ready for the grand ceremony of switching on the lights.
