Whatever time of day you visit SUBWAY® stores, there's a huge range of Subs that fit in with the way you're feeling. If you got out of the wrong side of bed, start the morning with a Breakfast Sub or if you're looking for a 'good' option, why not go for a Low Fat Sub? There are 8 containing less than 3g of fat per 100g. If you need something substantial, try one of our classics and remember, we also offer SUB OF THE DAY®, a different Sub every day for just £2.29*.

ITS A WRAP
Fancy a change? A wrap is a great alternative to a Sub and all of our 6" Sub fillings can be enjoyed as one. Alternatively, if you want something tasty that won't leave you too full, why not turn your 6" Sub filling into a salad and create your own combination of fantastic flavours including the veg you want.

LIFE IS SWEET
We all deserve a sweet treat now and then. Let's face it, life would be pretty dull if we lived on lettuce leaves. That's why we say happiness is circular with our classic cookies: Double Chocolate Chip, Rainbow Candy Chip, Chocolate Chip and White Chocolate Macadamia Nut. You'll find a larger selection in certain stores, including donuts and muffins.

SNACK ATTACK
The perfect accompaniment to a Sub, from classics such as Walkers Cheese & Onion to something a little bit different, like Doritos Tangy Cheese. And if you don't want to let your good intentions slip, there's also Walkers Baked crisps. Check out our ranges in-store.

THIRSTY WORK
Wash your Sub down with a refreshing cool drink - we have a range of ice-cold soft drinks such as Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite and Fanta Orange, plus, Oasis, Tropicana and bottled water. There's also Tropicana Go! for little people which is a blend of fruit juice and water - as well as no added sugar or sweeteners, no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives. There's loads of hot drinks too - so if you're in need of some hot stuff, steam in and try our freshly ground coffee, tea and hot chocolate. NO BAD THINGS ADDED (ESPECIALLY BRUSSEL SPROUTS)
Our Kids' Pak™ is a great mini meal for little people. For a mini price, choose a mini Sub with a drink & treat. There are three choices: turkey breast*, ham† or beef. Kids can pick what they want & choose their own filling - so if they think tomatoes are yuk, they can leave them off! They can also choose a mini Tropicana Kids drink and either a packet of crisps or a cookie.

Planning an event - business or social - where there's more than one mouth to feed? Then contact your local SUBWAY® store for hunger-busting platters of freshly made Subs and cookies. We can even supply drinks and crisps.

SUBWAY YATE
Your local Subway store on West Walk In Yate Shopping Centre reopened in the summer of 2010 under new ownership and new management. The Yate franchise was closed for more than a year but the new owners are keen to make Subway the sandwich of choice once again for local people. The new owners said “Subway is fast food to feel good about. Yes it’s fast food but with fresh salads it helps towards people’s five-a-day.” As well as promoting healthy eating Subway is also showing its commitment to Yate by getting involved with local groups. “Subway is all about being part of the community and we are looking for local groups to get involved with so we can help them be active and be healthy,” said the new owners.
